CG Box Manual Part Three - Enquiry and Quote

1. Add Parts to Shopping Cart.
Tick the parts you want to buy and click “Add to Shopping Cart” at the bottom.

Note: you do not need to input the purchase quantity when adding the part. Default purchase quantity is 1 and if you add the same part to shopping cart again, the quantity will increase by 1.  You can revise the quantity in “My Shopping Cart”.

“My Shopping Cart” shows all the parts you select and automatically calculate the total price. This is very similar to many online shopping websites.

Check and uncheck parts to select your desired parts. The total price will change accordingly. Tick “Check All” to select all parts and tick again to uncheck all.

Click on the quantity, it will become editable.

To delete a single part, just click “delete” behind. To delete several parts, check them and click “Batch Delete”.

3. Create CRFQ (Customer Request for Quotation)
Check parts you desire and click “Make RFQ” to create a CRFQ.

4. Look up CRFQ
Where does the CRFQ go? Certainly it goes into our 2BizBox. Under “Sales Box – Quote – Customer RFQ”, you can input the CRFQ number to look up, or just click “2Seach All Customer RFQ Quote” to look up all RFQs.

5. Create Quote by CRFQ
Click CRFQ number to see detail. It lists all items need quote by the customer. Click “Create Quote” at the bottom to make Quote for all items quickly.

In Quote GUI, the CRFQ number has been filled automatically. You can edit every item’s price as we usually do.

6. Other Look up Functions for Quote in CG Box
This GUI lists all CRFQs that need quote.

This GUI lists all CRFQ that has quoted in 2BizBox. E.g. we’ve just created a quote for CRFQ120011, and now click “My Quoted RFQ”, you will find CRFQ120011 is listed in My Quoted RFQ and it is related to Q1200009.

Each quote has a valid date and the default period is 30 days. You can check the undue quotes in “My Quotes not pasted due” for part price. E.g. Q1200009 is just created, therefore, it is listed.

CG Box Manual Part Two - Create CG User Account and Sales Catalog

1 Create CG User Account
First of all, our customer needs an account to connect our 2BizBox Server. Click “2Add CG User” under “Sales Box – Sales Order - CG”:

Input CG User information. Username and Password is used for login in CG Box, so we should keep it properly. We select  ”customer” as the CG User Type here as example.

Click “2Add” to add a CG User.

2 Add Sales Catalog for CG User.
After the CG User account is created, we need to set a special sales catalog for this CG User, because usually a customer only demands for parts of certain sorts, even if your company has more than 10000 parts. Please note that you must mark the part as “saleable” before you add it to customer catalog.

Find “Sales Catalog for Customer” under “Sales Box - Sales Order – CG”. Input the CG User Account Name we’ve just set, and click button “2Add CG Customer Part”.

Here we see the Sales Catalog update GUI. The bottom part of the GUI shows all saleable parts and the upper part of the GUI shows the sales catalog for CG User. Tick the parts for this CG User and click “2Add” to add the parts to the upper part of the GUI. Click “OK” to finish.

Considered about the large amount of parts, you can add parts by selecting part numbers. And we will release the new adding rules in recent 2BizBox ERP 3.6.

3 Login to CG Box
Now we’ve set the CG User account and sales catalog. Open the login website as follow:

Choose company name and language preference, input account name and password we set just now to login.  CG Box shows the sales catalog after login.

If you have parts with saleable drawings, it will show at the last column of the part property. You can change the Part DWG saleable status in the part property GUI.
