1. Add
Parts to Shopping Cart.
Tick the
parts you want to buy and click “Add to Shopping Cart” at the bottom.
Note:
you do not need to input the purchase quantity when adding the part. Default
purchase quantity is 1 and if you add the same part to shopping cart again, the
quantity will increase by 1. You can
revise the quantity in “My Shopping Cart”.
“My
Shopping Cart” shows all the parts you select and automatically calculate the
total price. This is very similar to many online shopping websites.
Check
and uncheck parts to select your desired parts. The total price will change
accordingly. Tick “Check All” to select all parts and tick again to uncheck
all.
Click on
the quantity, it will become editable.
To
delete a single part, just click “delete” behind. To delete several parts,
check them and click “Batch Delete”.
Check
parts you desire and click “Make RFQ” to create a CRFQ.
Where
does the CRFQ go? Certainly it goes into our 2BizBox. Under “Sales Box – Quote
– Customer RFQ”, you can input the CRFQ number to look up, or just click
“2Seach All Customer RFQ Quote” to look up all RFQs.
Click
CRFQ number to see detail. It lists all items need quote by the customer. Click
“Create Quote” at the bottom to make Quote for all items quickly.
In Quote
GUI, the CRFQ number has been filled automatically. You can edit every item’s
price as we usually do.
This GUI
lists all CRFQs that need quote.
This GUI
lists all CRFQ that has quoted in 2BizBox. E.g. we’ve just created a quote for
CRFQ120011, and now click “My Quoted RFQ”, you will find CRFQ120011 is listed
in My Quoted RFQ and it is related to Q1200009.
Each
quote has a valid date and the default period is 30 days. You can check the
undue quotes in “My Quotes not pasted due” for part price. E.g. Q1200009 is
just created, therefore, it is listed.
