most SMEs, implementation of an ERP system has almost dried their IT staffs’
energies. But ERP only manages the enterprise’s back end information. How to
share your information with your customers? You may say “CRM”. Yes. CRM is a
very good way to manage your sales business and customer relationship if you are
willing to pay for it and maintain it. We would like to introduce a 2BizBox web-branch
application here: CG Box.
CG
Box is developed with the latest html5 language, supported by browsers like
IE9+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. CG is short for Customer Group. With
CG Box, our customer is able to ask for quote, request for customer service online.
Basically, CG Box is carried out in this way: first we should create an account
for customer in 2BizBox and then the customer can login the account to check
quote and service request response, etc. In all, CG Box serves as a bridge
between the 2BizBox user and the customers.
How to login CG Box?
Login
CG Box from website: http://IP address/html5cg/login.html
Do
remember to keep 2BizBox back end running.
How to look up IP address for your
computer?
Run
“CMD” in start menu and input “ipconfig”.
In
this case, I can login CG Box with the address: http://192.168.1.169/html5cg/login.html
If
you are not using the default port 80, please add “:port” behind IP Address,
e.g.
http://192.168.1.169:2025/html5cg/login.html
